Mrs. Robert White

WESTLAND - Mrs. Robert (Letita E.) White, 61, of Westland died Saturday of injuries she suffered in a two-car crash in Westland that day. She was formerly of Monroe.

Friends may call at the Lents Funeral Home in Wayne until tomorrow when the body will be taken to the Congregational Church in Wayne to lie in state from 2 p.m. until time of services at 3. Burial will be in Cadillac Cemetery in Westland.

The daughter of Charles and Effie Irwin, she was born in Azalia, March 13, 1906. She was married to Robert White in the Monroe Evangelical United Bretheran Church Feb. 20, 1926.

She had lived in Monroe for 25 years and moved away in 1931.

Surviving are her husband; her mother of 2 Long Ct., Monroe; 3 sons, Robert White Jr., of Livonia, Richard White of Warren and Larry White of Redford Township; 2 brothers, Arthur Irwin of Adrian and Harold Irwin of Battle Creek; a sister Mrs. Effie Nash of Monroe, and 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father.
