Clifford D. Leonard

TOLEDO - Clifford D. Leonard, 80 of 932 Lindsay St., Toledo, died yesterday morning of a heart condition. He had lived in the LaSalle-Monroe area for most of his life.

Friends may call in the Herman Birkenkamp & Son Funeral Home of Toledo where services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, LaSalle.

The son of Daniel and Margaret Leonard, he was born Oct. 16, 1891, in LaSalle. He had lived in the LaSalle and Monroe area for most of his life and worked as a bus driver for the Community Traction Co., of Toledo for many years.

Mr. Leonard is survived by his wife Celia, whom he married in 1968; a son, Raphael Leonard of Toledo; 6 daughters, Mrs. Irene Kaslly of Gary, Ind., and Mrs. Mildred Zieman, Mrs. Rosemary Kinsey, Mrs. Laura Marion, Mrs. Patricia Marloh and Miss Marcella Leonard, all of Toledo; 17 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Agnes.

The last name of Celia, the second wife is not known..
