Earl L. Rheaume, 83, of Dryden passed away Nov. 2. Born Aug. 21 1911 in Capac, the son of Henry and Olive (Chapman) Rheaume. He graduated from Northwestern High School in Detroit. He married Phylis Burton in 1942 in Colorado Springs. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII, was a member of St. Cornelius Catholic Church in Dryden, Dryden Vets, and the NRA. He is survived by one son Douglas (Marlene) Rheaume of Warren, 3 daughters, Sally Rheaume and Sandra (Dennis) Peterson both of Dryden, and Mary (Bruce) Klosner of Northville; 6 grandchildren including one special granddaughter Lisa (John) Yarema of Attica, and one great grandson; 2 brothers Henry (Marilyn) of Dryden and Richard (Mary) of Royal Oak; 2 sisters Mary (George) Steffler of Dryden and Laura (Harry) Lund of Cambridge, OH. He was predeceased in death by his wife, Phyllis, 4 brothers Lawrence, Jack , Elmer and Leo; and 1 sister Evelyn.
Rosary will be said Fril, Nov. 4 at 7:30 p.m. at Muir Bros, Funeral Home in Almont. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Cornelius Church in Dryden, Rev. John Dunn officiating. Burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dryden.
